Can one PayPal account be linked to multiple Shopify stores?

Hi, when you have multiple stores within Shopify, do you link one and the same PayPal business account for customer payment or multiple separate PayPal accounts for each store? Thanks, Karin

If you end up linking one PayPal account, there's a workaround you can do to differentiate the funds and that is to format the order IDs in each of your stores. You can set a unique prefix or suffix so you can easily identify which store the payout comes from.

Thanks for reaching out. You're only able to add one PayPal account to your Shopify store. Summer was referring to using separate PayPal accounts for separate stores. You can find more details in this help document!
