Can Printful detect Test Mode payments to avoid order fulfillment?

Hello, 

I wanted to test payment and I know I can have payments under TEST MODE. I am currently connected to Printful, if I move forward with the test, will they know that on their end and not fulfill the order? Is there an additional step to ensure it does not get fulfilled? Thanks!
