Can sell a monthly subscription via shopify in Israel?

Hello,

we are a company based in Israel and are planning to sell our service to Israelis. We have two questions:

1. Can we sell a monthly subscription for a service (Meaning with a monthly payment)?

 2. Will it be possible to sell this way to people from Israel?

Did you ever figure out a solution for setting up a subscription service using Shopify in Israel? My payment provider is PayPlus and they said they can't do subscriptions because shopifyis yet to give them permission.
