Can shipping fees be deducted from payouts instead of monthly bills?

Is there a way for the shipping fees to be deducted from payouts instead being charged during the monthly billing cycle? Ex. On Etsy when an order is placed for $10 the shipping cost, $3, is deducted from your order amount and you’re paid $7 instead of the $10 now and the $3 being tacked on to the monthly billing) I saw another forum that was started a few years ago but no one from Shopify has responded. Just seeing if there has been a solution yet that I may be missing in settings.

Thank you for reaching out! 

Currently, your payouts are deposited via your bank account, and any fee is charged via a credit card, such as shipping fees and your monthly subscription. There isn't a way to have your shipping fees come out of your payouts, as it is charged separately on the Shopify platform. Depending on where you are located, Shopify Balance may be something worth looking into. You would be able to have your payouts and fees all in one account.
