Can Shopify be held liable for fraudulent payment solutions?

Evening,

Only the following payment solution options are available in our location:

Running a review google search, there are many bad reviews about FasterPay, with users saying they've been scammed out of money.

My first question is do Shopfiy have any liability if any of these payment solution providers are fraudulent, as it would surprise me that Shopify would suggest any unreputable companies.

My second question, is there any available support if needed from shopfiy to integrate one of these payment provider options to our website?
