Can Shopify stop avoiding the problem?

When I activated Shopify payments back then, I used dummy data because my company was not registered. Recently, I have just registered the company and I'm ready to input real information for Shopify payment. But I can't do it in the settings by myself. 

 

So I reached out to a Shopify advisor on 14 May 1am. He then told me he cannot do anything either and asked that I wait for an email reply from the relevant teams. 

 

But it has been three days and despite numerous prompts, the advisor did not follow up. 

 

So I reached out again on 16 May noon. This time round, the Shopify advisor just closed the chat without informing me or coming to a resolution ... 

 

I then requested another chat again. But the same thing happened - the advisor asked me to wait for an email follow-up. 

 

Thing is, Shopify kept prompting me that if I don't get this fixed, my payment gateway will be deactivated. But I can't do anything about it! Can anyone from the Shopify team help me out on this matter, for real this time?
