Can Shopify work in any country?

Hi. I’m from Costa Rica. I believe Shopify does not currently deposit to banks in my country.  Is there anyone else who had this situation and is there a way to still use Shopify as our online store??   Thanks!! ☺️

I'm pleased to let you know that you can definitely run a Shopify store from Costa Rica. While Shopify Payments isn't available in your area, there are third-party payment gateways you can use in your store. Please feel free to take some time to browse this list and check out the gateways available there: Payment gateways in Costa Rica.

Since the available payment providers are third-party, you'll have to register an account with them before you can add them to your store. If you have any questions about their terms and conditions, you may reach out to your payment gateway of choice so they can help.
