Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders

I would like someone from Shopify to please call me by phone. I need desperately to find out why I kept getting charged for a shop that was closed down years ago ( 2018 ) . Anyway would a representative from shopify please give me a phone call and help me with this situation. I cannot reach you people any more. I’m just starting to open another store. I have just started to advertise on Facebook. I hope it goes well.
however I need this other situation tidied up because I’ve been accused of not paying the bill and I’ve been threatened that the store will be frozen if I don’t pay the bill. But I just can’t take any more. Anyway I will wait you’re for your call.
