Can't Activate PayPal Express Checkout

For the past week I've been trying to link my Paypal account to my store and activate Express Checkout but every time I click and start the process, link my account, it redirects me back to the admin panel and it is just not enabled no matter what I do

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry you are having issues linking your PayPal account. 

I will need to gather more information before diving into this for you. Did you successfully add PayPal as a payment gateway to your Shopify store? Can you send me a screenshot of the page you are entering your information into? Once I understand better, I would be happy to help you set up your account.
