Can't add new card

I recently got a new debit card after my old one expired but I can't add it as a payment. All the information is the same except the expiration date and security code

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I'd be happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, are you receiving an error when attempting to update those details?


If so, could you please share the error you're receiving? As you're using a co-branded debit card, you will want to ensure it meets the requirements outlined on our Payment Methods document. The debit card will be required to have international capabilities as well as it's set up to accept reoccurring transactions. 


If those details have been confirmed, please feel free to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to get you authenticated as we wouldn't have access to any account details here through the Community. Our support team will be able to investigate further to ensure this gets resolved.
