I appreciate you taking the time to provide me with some more info, and provide an attachment. Unfortunately, I'm unable to open that file type, so can you provide a screenshot by clicking the camera icon in the text box, and then uploading the file in that way?

I appreciate that you let me know that the error happens when you try to purchase a label? Did you have a chance to review my other questions and see what was asked? If possible, please provide me with extra information around those questions so I can provide you with support.
