Can't change bank account!

Hello! I have pending payouts and I don't have access to previous bank account information to change to new bank account. Will the money disappear or will it just sit there until new account is added?

You will receive your payout when there is a valid bank account on file! 

 We’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this particular issue for you. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.

Hello,

I am having the same issue. I have some outstanding payouts but I need to updated my banking information. In order to do that I have to re-enter my old banking information which I don't know or may have a made a typo when first entering it. Can this issue be resolved?
