When completing an order, I'm getting an error "Your cart has been updated and the items you added can’t be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order." This seems to be from all international orders (Japan, France, etc.)
I operate from Canada.
I've setup a shipping zone from Japan and France but no luck.
I tried deleting those zones and setup a shipping zone for Rest Of World - no go.
Can anyone help please?

were you able to fix this? I have the same issue and have been tearing my hair out for almost 3 weeks now, trying different options and settings.
