Can't contact store after payment for tees, what to do?

I have ordered 2 tee shirts from a store and I've got no confirmation, it's been 3 days . The money has been paid and now I can't contact anyone from the store .what am I supposed to do ? Please help !

Thanks for getting in touch with us here. It sounds like you're running into an issue with a potential store. It is always unpleasant when you have placed an order and have not received any confirmation about it, however I am here to help you with the next best steps.

 

Before I do that, I just want to clarify Shopify's role in situations like this. Shopify is the service that some shops use to build their website and shopping cart. We don't ship or manage the stores’ inventory or orders. Each merchant's shop is an independent business, and they are responsible for running their business (fulfilling orders, etc). Here are some steps to check below:

 

  • While we would not have contact details for individual stores or information on what they sell, try checking their website via Google search, you might find a Contact Us page, so you can ask the merchant directly about an update.
  •  Did you check out via SMS?
  •  If you checked out with an email - might it be the case that the confirmation email is in your spam or junk folder?

    Another thing to try is to check if they have any social media pages like Facebook or Twitter so that you can contact them about the status of your order.  To help you, we have a detailed FAQ page here on the next steps and how to submit a complaint if you wanted to have a look.
