Can't enroll course in LearnWorlds After checkout

1 month ago, I tried to use shopify payment as my payment gateway and tested it to see if it works.
at that moment i can auto enroll the customers after they paid in shopify.
But today when I try to use shopify payment as my payment gateway, the customers can't be auto enrolled after they paid. Is there problems on settings or something wrong with shopify / learnworlds ?

This is something I'd recommend speaking with LearnWorlds about directly as their integration with Shopify is built and supported by them directly. You should be able to contact them via their support portal.

Did you ever get this figured out? I had the same problem. I simulated purchasing my course through Shopify and upon completion of the check out process i don’t get no emails from learnwolrds with the next steps.

As LearnWorlds is a third party payment processor, you'll definitely want to connect with them regarding any issues you're having with processing payments via their checkout. As LearnWorlds is third party, Shopify Staff aren't trained on it's functionality, so support questions around how to use their services are best directed to LearnWorlds!
