Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
An order was sent to the fulfillment partner but was also sent manually to the fulfillment partner. We cancelled what we thought was the manual order but it turned out to be the auto-fulfilled order. This automactially cancelled the order within Shopify as well. So, now the manually fulfilled product has been shipped to the customer but the order shows as cancelled in Shopify and there isn't any "add tracking" option. Without a way to mark as shipped there will be no payout. A refund has NOT been issued. How do we get a shop payout for this order? Help!
