Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey All,
Wondering if anyone has had the same issue I am experiencing below and how to fix it.
Note I have an active card attached to my account however every time I try to link Shop Pay it isn't letting me do it. Any ideas of where I am going wrong?

Are you experiencing this issue when trying to set up Shop Pay as a payment method for your store? If so, it could be because you have yet to finish your Shopify Payments setup. Or, you've been requested to verify your Shopify Payments information. In order to see if this is the case, check your 'notifications' within your Shopify Admin to see if there are any messages related to document requests to verifying your Shopify Payments Accounts. You should also go to 'Settings > Payments' to see if any additional steps are required of you there. If these suggestions don't seem to do the trick, then please reach out to our Authenticated Shopify Support Team so we can access your account and troubleshoot.
If this issue is related to you trying to set up a credit card as a payment method for your own Shop App account so you can use to it make purchases via the Shop App or online, then please reach out to our Shop Support Team so they can assist you.
