Can't set up Venmo as an express checkout option, any advice?

Hi all,

We have been trying to setup Venmo as an express checkout option for a while now and so far nothing is working. We have had the support team look into our site - jlab.com and on their end they see that everything is set up currently to support a Venmo Express Checkout (see screenshot attached.)

We have made sure that users on their phone have Venmo set up for online payments and have followed these requirements:

1. Buyer must be located in the United States
2. The shop must be located in the United States
3. Must use a mobile device with the latest version of the Venmo app installed
4. Must have online purchases enabled within the app

Additionally, buyers must also have cookies enabled on their mobile browser to make purchases with Venmo."

Yet we still have no luck with seeing Venmo as an express checkout method
