Can't verify my info, will lose my access to Shopify Payments?

I received an email notice a while back that some of my info for Shopify Payments, to be able to continue using it.  I logged into my account, and followed the links from the alerts on my admin home page.  Saw some address info that needed to be updated but my phone number, the one remaining issue, page keeps saying "could not be verified".

I tried clicking the Confirm and Submit buttons a few times until the page got locked out, as in no longer allowing me to enter any fields or press the submit button.  Told I need to contact support where the issue lies.

There is NO WAY TO REACH SUPPORT.  The "chat" help that I know is a bot is no help at all. And every time it tells me it'll connect me to an advisor agent, which hasn't happened.... in 4 days of trying.  Not sure when this online chat only setup was implemented;  I remember there used to be a direct email and I'm sure even a customer support number to call.  Not anymore and I'm getting nowhere with the chat help that keeps looping me to saying I'll be "connected" to a service agent.

I'll also say the second day of my trying to contact support, I tried my own fix of deleting my phone number in the 2FA and re-entering it.  I got my sms code to verify the number which it is... for the second time.  STILL being told I need to verify this one detail to keep my Shopify Pay access.  If a customer support agent could just CALL me on my phone, that would prove that info, wouldn't it?  I don't know how else I can confirm my phone number and at my wits end.

If I lose access to SP, that means customers browsing my site won't be able to enter in credit card info, as in NOT be able to buy my goods?  Then what's even the point of my Shopify site?

It seems really ridiculous the BIGGEST ecommerce platform has NO customer support when systems fail.  If it really comes down to it, I'll take my site to Squarespace, or Big Cartel or any number of ecommerce sites.  I can simply redirect my domain (separate registrar) there.

**  tried to share screenshots of what I'm seeing on the info update page, but.... really?  JPG's are accepted?  How is a CSV format going to help here for a web page screenshot??

I've had Shopify Payments active for close to 4 years already.  It's only recently I was notified I needed to update some information.  But with my phone, I keep getting an error of "can't be verified".  After trying a few times, the info page got locked out for me and told I have to contact support, which has been unsuccessful on the chat page.

On the included images, yes I did blank out some info as this reply is going to the public post in the forums.  But I can ensure you ALL information is complete, including my phone in the red marked field.  I didn't see a "verify" button on the page of that section, but figured the main submit button would be me confirming everything I placed in IS correct.

Maybe this is a bug on the page, but If I'm informing you right here that my info is correct, can someone on your backend "flip a switch" to manually select everything as being confirmed?

Curious if this issue has been resolved? If so, how long did it take?
