Is it possible to offer Venmo as a payment option without having PayPal linked as a payment option?

Hello @ych ,

Yes it's possible. You can define the list through code.
More you can check here https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/os/customize/add-credit-card-icons

Thanks

Hi YCH,

If you want to give website visitors the actual option to make payment using Venmo, Zelle Payments, or other methods, do the following;

  1. Disable the Shopify provided 'Add To Cart' button and checkout page. Here are step-by-step instructions. https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/os/customize/hide-add-to-cart-buttons
  2. Remove dynamic checkout buttons on product pages

    Steps (On Desktop):

    1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
    2. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
    3. Open the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
    4. Select Product pages.
    5. Click the Product pages section.
    6. Uncheck "Show" dynamic checkout button.
    7. Click Save.
  3. Go to the 'Apps' tab inside of your main dashboard. You are going to install a free Custom Form builder.
  4. The objective here is to create a custom payment acceptance page, bypassing Shopify Payments altogether. Here's an example of what a custom payment form looks like. https://is.gd/7zumP8

Hello Ych,

I've been trying to find the same answer. Did you ever happen to figure it out?
