Can we change shipping methods on AliExpress via Shopify or Oberlo?

Hey. we made a beginner mistake and didnt edit the shipping methods when we adjusted our products name and prices. Most of our products have the 30-50 Cainiao Super Economy Global shipping, but we want to give our customers faster shipping with the 14-23 AliExpress Standard Shipping. is it possible to change that via Shopify or Oberlo? or do we have to delete all the products and the edit the shipping on our import list?
