Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We have edited the language on the cart page to state that shipping and billing must match, and we cannot ship to a PO box. However, people do not read that and press on anyhow. Since we sell higher dollar items with smaller margins we combat fraud in the order review with a strict set of rules. However, canceling orders still results in fee's.
Is there a way to force where you must use the billing address as the shipping address? Almost all fraud orders attempt to ship the item to another location. We do not offer gift services. If there is a legitimate need they can contact us and we can change it in the back end.
Unfortunately, there is no option by default to force the billing address as the shipping address.
The only workaround is potentially to install a Fraud prevention app, such as:
