Can we have a customizable option for order pickup time?

I recently had a customer reach out about their order and its status. At check out for local pickup it stated items were usually ready within 24 hours, while this is true for standard in stock items it does not hold true for custom ordered items. I see that I am able to change the setting to 5+ days but would it be possible for developers to add in a customizable option in the drop down?

If you just want to change the wording you can do this:
Online Store > Themes > click the 3 dots and select Edit default theme content.

Then click Checkout & System, from there you can edit the text that shows in your checkout, for example you can say something like "Usually in 24 hours unless it's out of stock then ....".
