Can you set up two different payment gateways for payouts and purchases?

I was thinking if its possible to set two payments gateway one for a payout means all the payout will go to my that one single account and one as a payments provider like visa, mastercard, apple pay, when someones buy something and I want to my payout to go that one single account Its it possible to set gateways like thats?
