my payment method is subscribed in a store called eskinao.com.br, but I don't have access to this account anymore. How can I remove my credit card from it?

You should contact Shopify support to explain about your situation, make sure to prepare necessary information including your full name, the email address associated with your Shopify account, the last four digits of your credit card, the name of the store (eskinao.com.br).
