Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hola buenas tardes. Hoy (07/08/2024) se realizo el pago mensual de suscripción de 36€. ¿Habría alguna forma de cancelar dicha suscripción y recibir de vuelta el dinero?. Ya no tengo intenciones de seguir con la tienda.

In order to request for a subscription refund, you will need to directly reach out to Shopify support team so, they can further check your billing history and process the refund for you if possible. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
ayuda porfavor, no me permite ingresar el soporte de shopify porque me pide confirmar detalles de la cuenta, y cuando lo hago no hay ningun detalle que cambiar, porfavor necesito el reembolso de lo que se cobro el dia 4 de septiembre 2024, yo ya no uso la pagina y no la eh usado desde que se hizo el cobro de este mes, y tambien quisiera cancelar mi suscripcion ayuda porfavooooor
