Hello, 

I would like to report a problem. I recently order and paid an item from denzamart store, but they never sent an email confirmation. But only a text confirmation from shopify on my number. So i thought they are good store, but now i doubt because they are not responsive since the day i purchased. I would like to cancel my order but it wont able me to, because there no email confirmation. I think this denzamart is a fraud store, if you can help this is my order..

Shopify is the website and shopping cart service that some merchants use to run their online store; however, we do not manage the shipping or sales of the store. We advise replying via the original order notification email you would have received. If you don't receive your order in a reasonable amount of time, you can always reach out to PayPal or your credit card provider for further options regarding your payment and possible refund options. We cannot recover your money for you as we do not operate businesses on behalf of our merchants on the platform. I will say this, though, we absolutely do not condone any fraudulent activity on Shopify. If this does happen to be a Shopify store, filing a claim with your bank will trigger a notification internally, which we can use to investigate the shop as needed. We will look into the store's activity and take action where appropriate. For legal and privacy reasons, we will not be able to share the results of this investigation with you.

I'm sorry to hear that you have also experienced issues with the same store, and thank you for sharing this with me. I understand your frustration with your order. I will give you the same advice as above as Shopify is the website platform and shopping cart service some merchants use to run their online store. However, we do not manage the everyday sales, shipping, or store returns. If you cannot contact the store in any way within a reasonable amount of time, you can reach out to your payment provider for further options and a possible refund. If this happens to be a Shopify store, flagging it with your bank will internally flag the store on our end. We do not condone any fraudulent activity on Shopify, and we will investigate further if needed.

I think we cannot do that request to any bank to just flagged any store they dont even know. But its your side to checked if the store are real and did they really sell real stuff. 

They send a transaction number, but we cannot track this in any flatform of shopify order. There is no information about it. 

 

Can u pleas track this for us???

You can contact your bank or credit card provider if you paid for a product and never received it. I highly recommend doing so if the store will not respond to you. Shopify is constantly reviewing stores and will do an internal investigation if they feel it is needed. We cannot speak on behalf of a business to confirm if they are using our platform or not, and we cannot check into orders as we do not manage the shipping or sales of the stores. If this does happen to be a Shopify store, filing a claim with your bank will trigger a notification internally, which we can use to investigate the shop as needed. If you really have a care for shopify reputation, try to order from the store we purchase GTX 1060 5G from denzamart!!

Its very affordable and no real order sent to email. In that way you can prove that the store is FRAUDULENT. And maybe you can proved it that shopify have nothing to do with it. Dont be ashamed to tell us that we have purchase from a fake store!!

I Think many shopify store are SCAM STORES. THEY ALREADY CHANGE THE name of there store. And shopify dont care about it, it because theyr okay about fraudulents store using shopify service.

 

Miss emily admin. 

Please remove this kind of store, or else many people will get ripped like us. You should care on your reputation and dont rely on our banks to flagged it because we pay tru card debit. We cannot cancel it back since our order GTX 1060 is purposedly not confirmed on our email. So we cannot cancel it.
