Cannot connect payment gateway - Unavailable in your country

Hi all,

I am currently facing a dire issue with my shopify store. I am building a store for a travel agency that sells tours and also rents cars.

We have paid the entire fee for the year of shopify and have been wanting to install a payment provider. The shopify website currently mentions a long list of payment providers, but only under two options do I see that I can proceed:
1. Bogus

2. 2Checkout

The others all have a hint text saying "Unavailable in your country".

I have tried registering with 2checkout, but they have rejected my application because they have automobile companies that rent out products as a prohibited item (which I do not understand why).

My questions are:
1. What solutions could I explore?

2. Are there any third-party services providers available that can provide an external link where the user can be redirected to the payments page?

3. Do you know of any services that I could utilise to email my clients a payment link using which they can process the payment?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with selecting a payment provider for the shop, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, would you be able to clarify what country the shop is currently located in?

As it currently stands, Shopify has integrated with over 100 different third-party payment providers to allow you to continue accepting credit cards online. Depending on where you're currently located, I encourage you to check out this complete list of all available payment providers. 

Once you've successfully enabled a third-party payment provider onto the shop, customers will be redirected to complete their purchases on a checkout page that's hosted outside of your online store. To learn more about this process, you can check out our Third-Party Payment Providers documentation as it touches on this further. 

As for being able to offer a payment link to customers, you will need to connect with the third-party payment provider you're interested in directly for clarification on whether this is possible. As the features and requirements of each payment provider will likely vary, reaching out to them directly will ensure any other questions or concerns that you may have are answered.

The store is currently lcoated in Montenegro.

Please note, the list provided on the link you have mentioned is NOT available inside the shopify store. The only one's available are 2checkout and Bogus. I frankly feel confused, and partially cheated by Shopify.

For a complete list of payment providers in Montoengro, you can follow this link. If however, you're not seeing the third-party payment providers mentioned in the link above within the Shopify admin, please Contact Us. 

As I'm not able to access account specific information through the Community, our advisor team will be able to investigate further. This will allow them to determine why those payment providers aren't populating for you and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.
