Hello 😊,

We have just created and verified our shop. We successfully linked it via the Meta official app to our Instagram account. Everything went smoothly, but it has been 24 hours and we still cannot see the shop on Instagram.

Could you please assist us with this?

Thank you!

Hey, @StefaninoBCN.

Thank you for reaching out and posting this question.

If you've just linked your Facebook or Instagram accounts to Shopify, then it can take up to 48 hours for the Meta team to review your products. We also have a guide that can help with linking Facebook and Instagram right over here: Facebook and Instagram by Meta. That being said, it's also worth noting that we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community. However, if the problem continues to persist, then we'd be happy to continue assisting you through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.

If you have any other questions on this topic, then don't hesitate to let us know.

Hello,

Thank you for your kind assistance.

I am only now getting a chance to read your message as we've been quite busy ramping up our little newborn biz. We're currently waiting for updates from META and working on increasing our follower count on the newly created Instagram account for the shop. Probably also this is a crucial aspect limiting our possibility to sell directly on their platform. The account's short history might also be a factor in our Instagram interactions.

For now, we'll keep our fingers crossed and continue working hard on our end. It's fantastic to hear back from Shopify; thank you so much for your follow-up.

Best 🙂

S.
