Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello everyone, my customers cannot have products ship to their home address. They get a message similar to this "we cannot ship to your address". All those customers are from Canada where my business is located. Never had issues in the past but getting lots of abandoned carts due to this. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Kindly double check your fulfillment location where your shipments are coming from to your shipping and delivery settings and if the inventory location of the products that they are trying to purchase is included on your fulfillment location, there is a high possibility that the product that they are trying to purchase is not included on the fulfillment location where your shipments are coming from. Check your Markets settings as well if Canada market is active. If none worked, it would be best to reach out to Shopify support team and see if there is a system issue on their end.
