Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, we have had a customer receive the error message "cannot ship to your area". They are based in Australind WA, we are in Sydney NSW. They also tried a second WA address and received the same error. We have checked all the shipping and product details and there aren't any settings not allowing postage to Western Australia. How can we fix this so other WA customers can purchase from us without the same problem? Site is www.mybiglashes.com.au
If you use Shopify shipping, you may not be able to control this.
Australia Post recently paused all parcel post collections from eCommerce in NSW, ACT and VIC.
This should work again from tomorrow, Tuesday Sept 7th.
Thanks for this - you might be right. Other orders for WA customers came through fine so it was either the Australia Post thing or a glitch for that particular customer.
