Hi, @PartieeBox.
Thanks for sharing the screenshots from your checkout and Shopify admin.
Do you know if your Shopify Payments account is currently on hold? You should see a red banner on the homepage of your Shopify admin with more information about your Shopify Payments account, if the account is indeed currently on hold. When accounts are placed on hold, stores are temporarily unable to accept payments with the Shopify Payments gateway while our Accounts team are completing a standard review to verify your account. More information on the Shopify Payments account verification process can be found here.
If you're the account owner of the store in question, have you also checked your mailbox to see if you've received an email about your Shopify Payments account? Generally, our Accounts team may also email the account owner of the store to notify them if their account or payouts are on hold, but if you haven't received an email or see a banner on your Shopify admin, you can contact our Live Support team so that we can help take a closer look at your Shopify Payments account from our end.
As this will require us to securely access your Shopify account however, we won't be able to troubleshoot this matter further via the Community Forums, due to security and privacy reasons. Because of this, you'll need to contact our Live Support team by logging in to your store via the Help Center here. Once logged in, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you'll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team. You'll then be connected with one of our Live Support team members, who can investigate your Shopify Payments account in more detail. If further assistance is required, they'll also be able to reach out to our Accounts team on your behalf.
In the meantime, you mentioned that you're getting ready to launch your store? Make sure to check out our launch checklist here prior to your grand opening, so that your store can be well prepared for a successful opening day. We also have a really great blog here that details the different strategies you can focus on for your store's first 30 days. Feel free to have a good read of it to help build your own business strategy!
