Cant find or add Paypal as a payment method

I cannot find paypal as my payment method. I currently live in the US but cannot find the option. 

When I click Add payment method, when I search up paypal it doesnt show up.

Please follow below Steps : 

• PayPal often shows only at checkout, not in "Add Payment Method" sections try making a test purchase.
• Verify your PayPal account: make sure your card, bank, and billing address are confirmed.
• Clear browser/app cache, disable VPN, and try a different browser or device.
• Try on another website ,  some platforms block PayPal.
• If still not visible, contact PayPal support to check for account restrictions.

How do I make it look like that... It has paypal right there and I also need it to be like that.
