Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I use manual invoices to collect payments.
On checkout, customers can only enter their address + contact information and not pay directly.
After that, I manually look through the order and send an invoice manually through Shopify.
But the manually sent invoices only sends the customer back to the original checkout, where I turned off the option for payment.
How do I make so the manually sent invoices are payable?
To clarify, I send invoices through Shopify own invoice system in "orders"
In the invoice there is this button:
I click it and it sends me to this page
Which is the exact same page as the first checkout on the website itself.
I have earlier turned off payment methods at checkout since I want to manually send invoices. But that should not affect my manually sent invoices payment methods, or am I wrong?
I'm on the basic plan on Shopify at the moment, so I can only have one account with access.
Could you write stepwise how I do to solve the problem?
Possibility of a screen recording?
Would mean a lot to solve this issue.
What do you need access to, and what is your mail address?
I'm adding as staff
Or can you ask for access?
