Cant print shipping labels

my account is apparently under review and nothing has been done i contacted support and no response yet but i need to print out shipping labels asap and i’m stuck on what to do

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'm happy to provide some assistance with printing shipping labels, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, are you able to log into your shop without issues?

If so, should be able to continue purchasing and printing shipping labels while a review is being completed. These are standard checks our banking partners complete for merchants that are using Shopify Payments and typically take 2-3 business days to be finalized.

In the case this review is not related to Shopify Payments, can you please share the error you're receiving when you attempt to purchase a shipping label?
