I made my first sale for coffee brewers and got a Shopify card. When I tried to activate the card it put my card and everything on hold. Now I tried to send the money to my bank and it won't let me saying it's on hold. I don't understand this app and please fix it I can't contact nobody for help only support.
I understand that you are having difficulty contacting support and would like to understand why your card is on hold. I am happy to look into this for you today!
I cannot say for certain why there is a hold on your card, but if you have received any emails about this then I would suggest responding there to confirm the reason behind the hold and how to resolve it. As this is account specific, I am unable to access your account/store as we do not have that kind of access from the public forums here ourselves.
- Login to your account or select the 'I don't have an account' option.
- Select the topic 'Money' > 'Shopify Payments'.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to view all available support options including phone, chat or email.
