Card issuers and Shopify Payments actively supporting fraud

When you receive an order, they only disclose the last 4 digits of the customer card number. If you suspect fraud and try to call the card issuer so they can make a courtesy call to the customer to verify the transaction, they will refuse unless you give them the whole credit card number.

No other way to see this except that Shopify Payments along with the card issuers are actively supporting fraudulent transactions against online retailers.

If we had a brick and mortar shop, we would have the entire credit card number in our hands, but for some reason, it is blocked from us because it is an online transaction. 

Keep it up and maybe you will have to layoff another 1000 employees and have your shares sink another 14%  from doing bad business.
