Change order of payment options, not on Shopify Plus

PayPal is showing up as the top option, and is expanded. See screenshot. Our customers much prefer Amazon Payments.

How can we switch the order of the payment options we have enabled?

Without Shopify Plus, you cannot change the order of Payment options on the checkout, sorry.
