You can update your new bank details directly from your Shopify Admin. Here are the steps:
In theShopify Paymentssection, clickManage.
UnderPayout accountin thePayout detailssection, clickChange bank account.
Enter your account information, then clickSave.

You also mentioned that you have moved countries. Are you looking to also offer your products or services internationally? If so, you may want to consider Shopify Markets as it'll help you manage the experience of your brand by assigning different settings to different countries and regions. You can also offer pricing in local currencies, translations, international domains etc.
