Change Return Address on Shipping Label Only

I am looking to change our return address on the shipping label to a PO Box. The return address is currently set to our In Store Pick Up location. I do not want the PO Box address to be visible on our website or pick up information.

After speaking with customer support for over an hour, they have been able to offer no solutions, only options that do not correct the issue. I set up a new location under their direction, did a test order and test purchase shipping label and it's still showing the in store pick up address.

Has anyone had success with this?

I have been asking for this a few times a year for years.

Depending on the support staff they are either confused or just tell me to watch the changelog for it to someday become a feature.

we use 3rd party shipping platforms instead of shopify shipping for this reason, so I guess shopify would rather lose our business buying shipping labels than fix this issue.

When we do occasionally have to use shopify shipping we use a sharpy to cross off the business name.  It sucks.
