It sounds like you might be updating settings for Shopify Payments, is that correct? Identity verification and updating sensitive account information need to be handled securely via live chat, email, or callback through the Shopify Help Center. Please get in touch with our team using one of those options and we'd be happy to help you adjust the information on file.
In the meantime, you can also double check your name, email, and phone number account settings under Settings > Plan and permissions by clicking on your name and then "View account settings", or by clicking on your username and picture in the top right-hand corner of the admin, and then selecting Manage account.
