Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey!
We recently tried to switch our banking details for our pay out methods but it asks to confirm your prior details, which haven't been an active account for close to 2 years.
We're unsure how to continue, we saw on a previous post that it could kicked up to the internal team and we would love to get some support on how to correct the issue!

If you need to change the bank account that your Shopify Payments payouts are sent to, and you don't have the old details, you will need to get in touch with us through the Help Center. Our escalated support team will confirm your identity (which keeps your account secure), and then you'll be able to change the bank account without entering in your old information. When it comes to reaching out to our live Support team, I'll provide some steps here to make it easier.
