Hi,

I changed my plan from basic to shopify plan and went to link my ups account with shopify it still says that I need to upgrade my account. How can I link my UPS to my shopify store to get more discounts on labels

If you are wanting to connect your own UPS account, then you'll need to have the Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) feature enabled on your store. CCS can be enabled in one of three ways:

$20/month add on feature
For free with the Advanced ($299/month) plan
Free with an annual payment of your Shopify subscription (10% savings on your plan and $240 savings on the feature)

No matter the route you take, you will need to contact Shopify Support to have the feature added to your account. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
