Changing some info in a fulfillment order

Hey!

So I opened my store a few weeks ago (yay!) and have a question about changing Fulfilled order prices.

I sent a few jars to media outlets. I created a Draft Order and put in two products. When I download the orders, it looks like they paid for the two products and shipping. They did not. I did. I realize I could have done a 100% discount. But if I did that, it looks like a $0 purchase in my ledger. I want to show a loss (on both product, and shipping) for future taxes. 

A second example: I listed a friend as buying 10 jars at the wrong price. I want to go back and change that.

How can I go back and change the price someone paid?
