Charge Back result ;Customer claimed not received the order, but the tracking history shows they did

I recently received the charge back result, the customer bank choose to stand on their side.

The customer claimed not received the item, even though the USPS tracking history shows it delivered to the individual who is in their address.  The customer contacted to USPS and USPS also replied to her that it was delivered she can contact the police if she believed it was stolen.

I submitted all the evidence including we sent out the shipping and tracking info and also the tracking history. But I just received the result that the bank didn't approve. It is over 100$ order. And we even provided free gift inside of the package. 

It was so frustrating to us. Anyone knows what to do at this point ?


Shopify didn't provide anything for our small business owners.
