Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We have a shopify store in Pakistan. We are currently selling in only 1 city. The shipping is currently set up as per the zip codes functionality available with shopify's basic account. For instance, when a customer enters a valid zip code during checkout, the system accurately charges them based on the corresponding rates associated with that zip code, as intended. However, we recognize that some customers might not be certain about which zip code to input. In such cases, they should still be able to proceed with their order even if they don't provide a zip code. In these instances, we aim to implement a standardized default delivery charge of 150.
Is there a way to achieve this with our basic account?
A few screenshots to show what's already set up on our shipping side.
I am not sure if this is possible natively. But this can definitely be done using our app ShipMagic. You can do this on our Starter plan which works on the basic shopify plan also.
I added the app and it advised me to enable CCS. I am sure I'd need your support to make it work using your app. The starter plan you’re offering can work in our budget. How can we do this?
CCS is not required for starter plan. Please reach out to the live chat support present in the app. They will help you setup the app.
Throwing another solution into the ring: You can do this with Starshipit too, with our rules engine. Happy to discuss more if required!
Thanks, but it's a bit too expensive for us right now. We're going to try ShipMagic and see if that does it for now.
