Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I recently with the help of support canceled my monthly subscription and they didn’t charge me last month. All of a sudden I wake up with an email of Shopify charging me again. I go to my account and find that my subscription is still active. In addition to this, I cannot cancel the subscription. I have tried to cancel it over and over but every time it returns. I also can’t contact customer support due to the “queue” link the chat bot sent me not working. What is going on???

If your store is fully closed but you're still being billed, try pausing and deactivating it manually in Settings > Plan. If that doesn’t work, clear your browser cache or try a different device to see if the cancelation option appears
