I started with Shopify, ran the FREE  trial for a few months and set up my store to hopefully run on basic. To my horror I have noticed that the free trial ended and I was charged over 400$ on the advanced plan. This has now drained my business of all profits and running capital. I had to close the store. This seems like its a running thread of people who have had the same problem.  This is extremely stressing and disheartening, just started to get things going and now shut down. How do I get my money back? I have not used, will never use the Advanced functions, its not what I wanted or needed but I was charged for it. This is very bad and quite sad how I was such a fan, but now after 480$ that I cant afford was taken I am hating on Shopify.   How do we resolve this now.
