Checked out items would be for store keeping until customer agrees to ship

sorry for the bad english, i don't know how to explain it clearly (incase anyone of you get confused)

i am asking if i want item a and item b (which has their last stocks) to be checked out but i dont want to ship it yet? because i need to wait for item c's restock before the store ships it out all of them together?

i just need items a&b reserved to me.

Can shopify do that "reserved" option then only ship if after i checkout item c?  or can anyone suggest how to do it in another way?
