Checkout Address For Turkey not autocompleting

I have had an influx of Turkish customers and none have checked out regardless of the countless add to carts. When I went to check the address autocomplete feature wasn't working and I'm afraid that's the reason for the countless abandoned checkouts. My site is https://hypiral.com/. Thank you for getting in touch. Google Autocomplete will appear to buyers at checkout if this feature is enabled in your checkout settings, but only in selected countries. This feature is not available to those based in Turkey at this time; you can view a list of countries where this is available on our Help Center.

Can you tell me where else you sell to, and if you are seeing consistent sales from other countries where Google Autocomplete is not available? If you are not seeing issues with buyers in other countries who aren't accessing this feature, then this would indicate that these abandoned carts in Turkey are due to something else.

It's true that this feature can help increase conversions, but it is hard to say if not having it available would lead to an influx of abandoned checkouts like you describe. It might be worth contacting the customers and asking them for more information on why they abandoned their cart, while potentially also offering a one-time use discount code if they return and complete their checkout.
